Book Cover Project
For the Book Cover project, I had to remake a vintage book cover by using different mixed media techniques. I chose to use paint and the stencilling technique instead of other techniques as it added more texture to the book cover.
Design Process
The design process stated with me coming up with the main features of my idea using paper and drawings. Next I decided to use the stencilling technique to form my previous idea. Then scanned the painting into photoshop adding the text I traced from the treasure Island original book. Lastly I cleaned up the image to create the final book cover.
